How To Draw a Cardinal – Quick and Easy Step-by-Step Drawing Guide
Step 1: Begin by drawing the beak of the cardinal. Note – the image below is zoomed in.

Step 2: Draw the puffed out feathers, or crest, on the top of the head.

Step 3: Now you can draw the cardinal’s left wing and feather detail.

Step 4: Draw the tail next.

Step 5: Sketch in the belly and the feet.

Step 6: Finally, draw the eyes and facial detail. Then draw a branch for your cardinal to perch on.
